Athens is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Athens follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I took my truck to Tyners because I called and was told a DPF cleaning would cost around $500β$600. Instead of performing the service I requested, the truck was disassembled before I was given approval for additional work. After that, I was presented with an estimate for thousands of dollars in repairs. Once the truck had already been taken apart, I felt like I had no real choice but to pay for work just to have it reassembled, even though I never approved that level of repair beforehand. If additional issues were found, I believe I should have been contacted before any disassembly that would require me to pay to put the truck back together. Communication and customer authorization are critical when working on commercial vehicles because downtime is expensive. My experience left me feeling pressured into paying for work I did not authorize in advance. I hope Tyners improves its communication and approval process so future customers are given the opportunity to make informed decisions before major work begins very disappointing

Over priced ! My original price for service was 1100 to change to out my fuel pump on my 2021 ram 3500 . Staff said I needed to replace the fuel lines quick connects also , and price might go up a little. When I went to pick up my truck 2 weeks later I was charged almost $ 2100.00 hundred dollars. I have always got my yearly vehicle inspection here for the last 5 years, and this was the first and last time they will ever turn a wrench on any thing I own. My advice to anyone needing repairs, choose another shop , hell the dealership will be cheaper. . NEW STAFF ain't like the original MR Tyner ! Greed and not honoring your original price, ain't good business. Hopefully staff is reading my post , and realize replacing a fuel pump on a pickup truck any where in the world don't cost almost $2100.00 .

I have spent between $40,000-$50,000 at this shop in the last year and a half. They have never once got something right the first time. This is not the shop to give the benefit of the doubt to. They are straight garbage. Protect yourself and your business, do not use them shop. Don't be the slow learner like I was to figure this out.
